• Pay any bills directly pertaining to the maintenance of your property, pool care, lawn care, pest control, as well as property taxes, utility bills, etc.

• Professional weekly or monthly site visit and inspection to assure security, pest control, pool care, and to look for water leaks, humidity problems, and a.c. issues.

• Bid and coordinate any outside vendor work to be done on your property, and insure work is being completed satisfactory.

• Indoor plant watering during visits.

• Coordinate property cleaning prior to your arrival.

• Monthly accounting statements.

• Home Owner Association representation.

• Support with Real Estate transactions.

• Assistance when security monitoring indicates a potential problem at home, property manager will coordinate with on-site security and other responders as necessary.
