Payment

Visa, Master Card, Checks and PayPal.

Reservation Policies

Any season except Holidays- One night deposit at time of booking for reservations up to 5 days, full payment  7  days prior to arrival. Two night deposit for reservations for  7 – 29 days , full payment  7 days prior to arrival

Holidays-  50% deposit at time of booking for reservations for any length of stay, full payment  31 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policies

Any season except Holidays-  Deposit is refundable if cancelation occurs no less than 32 days prior  to arrival. Cancelations less than 7 days to arrival full stay and taxes will be forfeited.

Holidays- Deposit  is refundable if cancellation occurs no less than 32 days prior to arrival. In cancelations 31 days prior to arrival full stay plus taxes will be forfeited.

Security deposit

1 & 2 Bedroom Condominiums: $200 USD.  3 Bedroom Condominiums & Penthouse:  $400 USD and required at time of check-in. It is refundable if no damage occurs.

Pets

We are sorry, Pets are not allowed in the rental units.

Housekeeping

Daily Housekeeping is not included, it is optional, rates start at $25 USD per condo, per day. You may request daily service, every other day or weekly.

Taxes

All reservations are subject to 11% VAT, and 3% Tourism Tax
